Dog Owners
- It is the dog owner's sole responsibility to assess the trustworthiness of anyone they
allow to walk their dog(s).
- Dog owners will not hold dog walkers responsible for any mishap or loss (unless they
show willful disregard for the owner's clearly communicated instructions).
- Dog owners will not hold Leapdog.org nor any of its representatives liable for any
mishap or loss under any circumstances.

Dog Walkers
- Dog walkers will be prepared to show some form of photo ID (such as a passport)
and proof of address (such as a recent utility bill) on first meeting an owner.
- Dog walkers shall comply with owners' instructions when walking dogs.
- Under no circumstances will dog walkers hold dog owners responsible for any mishap,
loss or destruction of property caused by their dogs.
- Dog walkers will not hold Leapdog.org nor any of its representatives liable for any
mishap or loss under any circumstances.
